Hi! I’m Paige Savary, owner/operator of Lakes Wellness Spa & IV. I was designed to serve others and that’s what gives me so much fulfillment day to day. I’ve been a Licensed Massage Therapist for 14 years and a Registered Nurse for 9 years. My background in massage therapy has always involved me being self-employed. I’ve rented out of the MSUM wellness center, a chiropractor’s office, and a salon. In nursing I have worked at Essentia St. Mary’s Birthplace serving labor, delivery, postpartum moms and babies, and surgical patients. I’ve also owned an adult foster care and been very lucky to be able to serve patients with autoimmune conditions and oncology patients at the Outpatient Infusion Center at Roger Maris Cancer Center. I’ve now specialized in Aesthetic Nursing for the last 5 years and I love incorporating it into your beauty needs, from facial treatments, tox, lasers, peels, I’m so privileged to help you feel your best inside and out.

My goal for my clients is to always create a space of listening and holistic healing involving these two modalities of nursing and massage therapy. A true space to connect with others for experiencing healing of physical and emotional well-being. I’m so lucky to be able to help guide your physical, mental, and beauty needs in our cozy setting.

Tabetha Gravelle, Massage Therapist & MFR Specialist

Hello! I’m excited to introduce myself as a team member at Lakes Wellness Spa. I’ve been a massage therapist for almost 26 years! I have taken on several other career paths during that time but massage therapy has always been my biggest passion. Helping people through bodywork makes my soul happy I take pride in listening to my clients in their session and making their needs feel heard. Massage is for healing mind, body, and soul. Beyond custom massage therapy sessions I’m certified in Myofascial Release Technique (trained/certified in John Barnes). MFR helps a person release chronic pain and emotional traumas that get stored in the body. It’s a gentle sustained pressure that helps the restrictions within the fascia “let go.”

In my personal life I’m a mom to 3 adult children and I’m looking forward to meeting my first grandchild soon! I fill my free time with nature walks, dog time, weight training, and reading books about nutritional healing of the body. I can’t wait to meet you!

Hi! Courtney here! I’m so excitedbi to meet new faces and create new bonds at Lakes Wellness Spa. I’ve been an Esthetician for 4 years and I strive to make your experience unforgettable. I specialize in body waxing, lash lifts, brow lamination, spray tans, and of course facials. Being able to create connections with clients and make them feel beautiful in their own skin is always my goal!

In my personal life I have 3 girls whom I adore and they are my world. I live for vacations, camping, shopping, and relaxing on by the lake in the summer. I love my job and I can’t wait to meet you!

Thom Bieniek, C-FNP

Thom is our Medical Director who oversees all advanced practice treatments Paige offers such as neurotoxins, lasers, peels, dermal fillers, PRP, and IV vitamin therapy. Thom’s clinical experience spans over 10 years and involves educating others, Oncology/ER specialities, and now specializing in aesthetics, health, and wellness.

Thom is the owner of Simply Serene Wellness & Aesthetics in Sauk Rapids, MN. Thom has trained under some of the top injectors in the nation along with being a personal educator himself for a global aesthetic company. We are lucky to have a Medical Director that exhibits so much knowledge for aesthetics and wellness.

Ariah Pavola, Lash Artist, Licensed Esthetician

Being a Licensed Esthetician since April 2022 I quickly discovered my passion for lash extensions. Over the past year and a half, I’ve dedicated most of my time to lashing. My goal is to enhance your natural beauty with custom lashes designed just for you. I’m also a proud mom of 2 boys and a stay at home mom when I’m not working. I lucky to have a great partner by my side in this crazy life we share. When I’m not lashing you’ll find me at the lake, camping, ice fishing, or traveling for a new adventure! At Lakes Wellness Spa I strictly offer extensions only of classic, hybrid, and volume styles. I can’t wait to meet you and help you feel your best!
